Our bakery story began during the quiet days of Covid, when Abhinav, one of Shivani’s sons, started experimenting in the kitchen just for fun. What began as a lockdown hobby soon became a raving success — the birth of Shivani’s 100% Indian vegetarian bakery, creating eggless cakes that taste just as rich and indulgent as traditional ones.

At Shivani Restaurants & Bakery, we use no eggs or animal fats, only the finest ingredients and pure dairy, to bring you cakes full of flavour, softness, and soul. Abhinav likes to call himself a mad scientist, always refining recipes to perfect the texture and taste of vegetarian baked goods without compromise.
